How to File a Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your federal district and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts that are repeat infringers.
